1. Service Description

videobao provides AI-powered video and image generation services through a credits-based subscription system. Users can generate content using various AI models including Veo, Kling, Runway, FLUX, Midjourney, and others.

2. Account & Credits

  • Each user receives free credits upon sign-up
  • Credits are consumed based on model, duration, and resolution
  • Credits can be purchased via subscription or one-time top-up
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Unused credits expire according to subscription tier rules

3. Content Ownership & License

Generated content ownership depends on the AI model provider. In general:

  • You receive a commercial license for most generated content
  • Some models may have restrictions (check model documentation)
  • videobao does not claim ownership of your generated content
  • You are responsible for ensuring content complies with laws

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use videobao for:

  • Generating illegal, harmful, or explicit content
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Creating misleading or deceptive content
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures
  • Sharing your account credentials with others

5. Content Retention

Generated content is stored temporarily: 3 days for free tier, 30 days for paid plans. After expiration, content is permanently deleted. Download your content before expiration.

6. Subscription & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Dodo Payments
  • You can cancel anytime; credits remain until expiry
  • One-time top-up credits are non-refundable
  • Subscription changes take effect at next billing cycle

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI model availability depends on third-party providers. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or during provider outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

videobao is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from service use, including loss of data, credits, or generated content.

9. Account Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also request account deletion via the account settings page.
